non name brand zippers 10 to 1. Our Dasun coil zipper is made of a continuous piece of extruded nylon

thread that has been formed into chain making it stronger and more flexible for going around corners than

a zipper with teeth.

Buying zipper by the yard is the economical, easy way to buy and you always have the right size of zipper

for your project. 

Zipper chain is easy to use. It can be cut with regular scissors and the sliders can be easily attached by

feeding the chain one side at a time, into the front of the zipper at a 45° angle lining up the ends.

We have a wider tape on our zippers (1 ½”). It is wider than you will usually find. This allows you to use a

½” seam instead of a 3/8” seam which adds to the durability of your project.

Zipper sizes we offer are:

# 5 This is a medium weight zipper that can be used in  seat cushions, backpacks etc. anywhere a strong      

durable zipper is needed.

# 8    This is a heavy weight zipper which can be used in  all the same applications however the “Slider” is 

larger than the # 5.
